As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase—such as video games, consoles or collectible cards—are compatible with your region, system, or specific requirements. Emerald Collectibles will not be held liable for any issues arising from regional compatibility restrictions, user error, or incorrect product selections.

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders placed through the Emerald Collectibles website.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship all orders using reliable and nationally recognized carriers.
Orders are always shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Because delivery details are critical, Emerald Collectibles is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping service.

5. SHIPPING TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address on file.

6. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING & FORCE MAJEURE

If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (inner and outer)

  • A description of the issue

Emerald Collectibles is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays, weather events, or other force majeure conditions).


7. RETURNS

Emerald Collectibles offers a 30-day return period for eligible items, beginning the day your order is marked as delivered.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Additional return requirements and exclusions may apply depending on the type of item (e.g., sealed game copies, collectible cards, limited-edition items, etc.).
