How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. We also offer free local pickup at our Pensacola, FL store.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on unopened sealed product, unused consoles, and trading cards in original condition. Opened packs, digital codes, and Final Sale items are non-refundable.
