At Emerald Collectibles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase of video games, consoles, or trading cards, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return or refund:
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
Video games must be sealed and not opened.
Consoles or electronics must be unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Trading cards (individual or sealed products) must be unopened, ungraded, and in their original condition.
Pre-owned items (if applicable) must be returned in the condition described at purchase.
We reserve the right to deny returns on items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage.
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Digital downloads or digital game codes
Opened video games
Opened trading card packs or boxes
Items listed as “Final Sale”
Gift cards
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will offer:
A replacement (if available), or
A full refund
Return shipping costs are:
Paid by the customer for general returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.)
Paid by Emerald Collectibles only if the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by us
All returns must use a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Accessories
In-stock items of equal value
Exchanges depend on product availability at the time of the request.
